To obtain a user account you must submit an Account Login Request Form.
To complete and submit your form on line, visit http://ochca.amm.cc and click on the link McNet application for Provider Access.
You may also call Advanced Medical Management at (800) 206-6591 to request a form. You will be contacted once your account has been established and receive your user ID and login instructions.
It is your responsibility to notify AMM regarding changes to account access when a user is no longer employed with your group.

Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is required. To check your version, open Internet Explorer. Under the Help menu item select About Internet Explorer and read Version from the pop-up window. To update your browser, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp. Users may experience problems using other browsers such as AOL Mozilla, or Netscape Navigator.
The Main Menu is available by clicking https://www.amm.cc/mcnet
Click the I Agree button to bring up the Login Page.
Click the support@amm.cc link to contact us via email if you need assistance.
Enter your assigned user ID and Password, and click the Login button.
Click I Forgot My Password to send an email request to have your password reset.
To exit the system, click the Log Off link from the Menu list in any window.
To inquire on the status of a submitted claim, follow these steps:
Click Claims > Inquiry link in the function menu. The Claims Search window will be displayed.
Company ID: Select OCHCA or leave default to All Companies
Patient Name: Name associated with the claim. Note that all of the name field components do not have to be filled out. Partial values can be entered. For example, a last name field containing “Smith” and a First Name field containing “J” will return all records the user is authorized to view whose last name starts with Smith and whose first name starts with J.
Provider: Last and First Name of provider
Claim #: Claim Tracking Number (16 digit AMM issued tracking number beginning with YYYYMMDD). A minimum of 6-digits must be entered. Partial identification numbers can be entered.
YYYY – Year of entry
MM - Month of entry
DD - Day of entry
Service Date From: Earliest date of service to include in the search results. Dates must be entered in MM/DD/YY or MM/DD/YYYY format.
Service Date To: Latest date of service to include in the search results. Dates must be entered in MM/DD/YY or MM/DD/YYYY format
Status: Status of the claim
Prov Patient ID:
Patient account number submitted on claim form in
Hosp Patient ID:
Patient account number submitted on UB92 in
Medical Record #:
Medical Record Identification number assigned to the patient and submitted with
the UB92 in
Provider Claim #:
Account identification number assigned to the patient by the rendering provider
and submitted by that provider with the claim in
Sort By: The ability to specify how the selected records are to be displayed is provided via the “Sort By” pick list. The default sort order is by claim identification number. Click on the dropdown arrow to select one of the following sort options:
q Claim Number
q Provider Claim Number
q Member Name
q Service Date From
q Provider Name
q Provider Clam Number
Click on the Search button. The system returns the Claim Search Results window, a grid displaying search results sorted in the specified order:
Claims Detail
To display claim detail, click on the selected claim number link (in red text) to display the claim window.
Claim/Encounter Detail window
To view detail for the Member and/or Provider, click on their links (in red text) to display their individual information/detail windows.
Click on the Detail link (in red text) to view the line item detail of the services rendered.
